About us

Dinamic Pilates opened in January 2007 with the goal of offering a specialised high-quality practice of Pilates. Since then, many people have discovered with us how beneficial this technique is. You can take group lessons in small groups of 8 people; or Private lessons in English, by our fully qualified English speaking teachers. Since 2014 we also offer teacher training courses in collaboration with the Spanish Pilates Federation.

All our teachers have been trained in Pilates by the most prestigious schools, and they carry on training to offer the maximum quality in our lessons.

Our studio has grown with us and offers you a quiet and welcoming space, with natural materials and a warm feeling.

How do we work?

Pilates is a very powerful bodymind technique, and the quality of practice is crucial to obtain the maximum benefits from it. In our lessons we make sure you receive all the corrections and explanations needed to perform correctly the exercises.

At Dinamic Pilates you can enjoy a personalised training in English in Private lessons, or you can also sign up in Group lessons which are taught in Catalan and Spanish but we will give you individual corrections in English.

  • Recommended if you have an injury, suffer from any specific spine condition, or if you want a personal training.
  • Available for Pilates MAT, Wall Unit and Pilates REFORMER.

1 teacher & 2 clients. The teacher adapts the program to the needs and objectives of both clients. Lesson in English.

  • Recommended if you have an injury, suffer from any specific spine condition, or if you want a personal training. Both members of the Duo must have similar level, condition, and/or injury.
  • Available for PilatesMAT or Wall Units.
  • Previous booking required.

GROUP LESSONS 1 teacher & 8 clients maximum. Program is adjusted to the general level of the group. Group lessons are taught in Catalan and / or Spanish.

  • Recommended if you don't have any injury or condition and you want to keep your body extra-healthy!
  • Available only for PilatesMAT.
  • You can enrol into a fixed group or buy a bundle of lessons and book when you can come to class.
